Founder
Ravi is an academic turned entrepreneur. He has taught at several prestigious universities including MIT. He has also co-authored 3 books and over 100 research papers. Ravi founded Optym to bring optimization from theory to practice and create value for various industries.
Krishna Jha, Ph.D.
CEO
Krishna has been engaged in the optimization R&D for over 20 years, developing optimization algorithms for airline, railroad and mining industries. With his unique blend of business and optimization expertise, he has also been engaged in various consulting roles.
Andrew Siesenop
CCO
Andrew brings extensive experience in the rail space including 20+ years at Norfolk Southern and 6+ years as a member of the GE Transportation/Wabtec commercial team. He is responsible for coordinating and executing Optym Rail's global growth strategy.
Ashutosh Itkelwar
VP - Rail & Mining
Ashutosh has over 20 years experience across automotive, mining and rail companies. Most recently he worked with GE Transportation/Wabtec for over 10 years managing acquisition integration and product strategy. For over 2 years Ashutosh has managed operations and rail network optimization products for Optym Rail.
